Hemroids-Piles-Pain, What to Do!

by Noel Byrne

If you are reading this you are probably one of the 40% of adults who do not know what to do for hemroids. In this article I will explain the treatments for hemroids or piles, how they treat the hemroids, the truth about why you still suffer from piles/hemroids.

Popular treatments for hemroids and piles are creams and ointments. The blood vessels are soothed when the creams are rubbed into the rectal area. Relaxing the tissues so they do not bulge as much. When the hemroid stops bulging the pain goes away. Although this method can be effective it is usually temporary as the hemroids will usually flare up again.

Another method used to treat hemroids is the use of suppositories. They are inserted inside the anal canal, to moisten the veins and prevent the hemroid from rupture when pressure is placed on the veins. The reports on the benefits on this treatment are mixed as this works effectively for some people and not for others.

Blood pressure is regulated with pills, they are also usefull for to tighten the tissue of the veins so that it is less susceptible to problems. This method can have side effects. Big pharmacies do like to push this method but do be aware it can have side effects.

Two other options for the treatment of hemroids are surgery and cryotherapy. These methods depends on individual cases and only attempted if all other options have been exhausted.

Depending on each individual person and what you can tolerate. My experience has proven it is better to try all the safer options first before attempting extreme measures. Painful hemroids/piles even if they are unbearable these methods can still give relief.

Most people effected with hemroids only find temporary solutions for this problem. Are you one of the 40% of the adult population who ask the question “what to do for hemroids”

Hemroids are basically any form of inflamed vein tissue around the lower rectal regions. Sometime they are painless and you might not know you have them, Painful hemroids are exactly that “they are so sore”. They can affect posture and ability to sit. The fear of going to the toilet, this is a common problem as you know the pain!
